Overview[]
Trixie's nose is out of joint after Jenny is promoted to Acting Sister of the clinic. Cynthia proposes a new approach to pain and anxiety during childbirth, after being inspired by an anxious mother-to-be and a visiting academic. However, Sister Evangelina is not so convinced. Elsewhere, another mother faces a terrible decision.
